Terms of service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Saanora. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using it.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us right away and change your password.

Use Saanora like a decent person. Specifically, don't:

• Use it for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• Generate content that violates someone else's rights — impersonation, plagiarism passed off as original, infringing material.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misrepresent the underlying AI systems.
• Circumvent plan limits, scrape the service, resell access, or automate bulk requests.
• Probe or attack the security of the service.

Mark is an AI assistant. It's good, and it's also fallible — it can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it can present mistakes confidently. Verify anything important before acting on it.

Mark's output is not professional advice. It is not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or engineering sign-off, and it doesn't create any professional-client relationship.

Mark is not a therapist or a crisis service. If you're struggling, Mark will listen with care and point you to free human helplines — that's support, not treatment. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

• Free is genuinely free. Lite and Spark are monthly subscriptions billed through Polar, our payment provider, in your local currency at checkout.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Account. You keep your plan's features until the end of the current billing period; no further charges after that.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — write to us via the Contact page and we'll be reasonable.
• If prices change, existing subscribers get advance notice before any new price applies to them.

You own what you put into Mark and what Mark produces for you. We claim no copyright in your conversations or generated files.

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing your conversations, processing your messages to generate replies, and displaying your content back to you. That's the whole purpose of the license, and it ends where running the service ends.

The Saanora name, the Mark brand, our design, and our code are ours. Don't copy the service, misrepresent an affiliation with us, or use our brand to mislead.

We aim for high uptime but don't promise zero downtime. Mark is also labelled Preview for a reason: features evolve quickly, and we may add, change, or retire functionality as we improve the product. Significant changes get announced — in the app or by email.

You can stop using Saanora and delete your account at any time from Settings — deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where it's practical and lawful, we'll warn you first.

Saanora is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on Mark's output. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, you'll see a notice at your next login and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Saanora after that means you accept the updated terms.
