By creating a Saanora account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

No illegal activity, no abuse of others, no spam, no attempts to reverse-engineer the model. Don't use Mark to generate content that violates anyone's rights.

Spark is $20/month billed monthly. Cancel anytime — you keep Spark features through the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

You own what you put into Mark and what Mark produces for you. We don't claim copyright in your conversations.

We aim for high uptime but don't promise zero downtime. We may pause or change the service to improve it; significant changes will be announced in advance.

Mark is a tool, not legal/medical/financial advice. We're not liable for decisions made based on its output. Verify important information.

We may update these terms; if we do, you'll see a notice at next login. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
